At this time, it is an extra cost per month. Please contact the coach you want to work with.

What if I have to skip a month or two of training?

Lets talk. Contact your coach directly about adjusting race goals, changing up training plans, or pausing depending on the reason of the break.

Where will in-person speed workouts take place?

As of right now, they will take place at the Greenlake Track. It might change so TBA.
